Indicators are a necessary ingredient for sustainable change. And the process of selecting community indicators -- who chooses, how they choose, what they choose -- is as important as the data you select.

Director of Administration
The Director of Administration is a full-time, senior-level management position responsible for maintaining the health of the organization through development and implementation of sound business systems and functions, including finance, human resources, information technology, and office operations. CRP currently has a $1.4 million operating budget, 13 staff, and a portfolio of 20-25 short- and long-term projects and programs for multiple clients and funders. The Director will advise and work with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, management team, and other CRP staff to further the organization’s mission and business plan.

Research Associate
The Research Associate is a full-time position responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting social, demographic, economic, and property data, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research for CRP’s community data and research projects, and developing and sustaining partnerships with data providers, data users, funders, clients, and other community organizations to further CRP’s community data and research work.
